How does the freelancing process work?

Bluelancer allows employers requiring temporary assistance with professional projects to connect with professionals around the world in five simple steps:

• Employer realizes the need for a temporary assistance in the organization to complete a project.
• Register for an account with Bluelancer here.
• Post the project specifications, include top criteria that will be evaluated.
• Once the projected is posted it will become open for bids from freelancers around the world.
• Select the most lucrative proposal.

Once all bids are received, upon bid evaluation, employer is not obligated to reward a freelancer with the project if the project proposal does not satisfy what is required.

Upon project completion payment will be transfered to the freelancer. Bluelancer collects a percentage (9%) of the total billing price during the transfer.
